As Labour Day and Wesak Day are coming, MyPoz will adjust the operations of MyPoz online customer service and Alipay departments. In conjunction with Labour Day, the operation of the Guangzhou warehouse will also be affected. The overall arrangements are as below:
- Customers Service & Alipay Departments: Holiday 2 days on May 1 (Mon) and May 4 (Thurs). All the customer inquiries and Alipay reload orders received during the holidays will be processed gradually on the next working day.
- Guangzhou warehouse: 2-day holidays from April 29 (Sat) to April 30 (Sun), so there will be no receiving of parcels, processing orders, and shipments despatching; resume operating on May 1 (Mon).
Additionally, the sea freight unloading, air freight and sea freight custom clearances, and courier/ logistics delivery will also be affected to varying degrees from April 30, and were expecting to return to normal gradually on May 5 (Fri).
