Dear Valued Customers:
To provide customers with more convenient services and improve our user experience, from May onwards, customers can choose to turn on or off the automatic parcel claiming function button in the account.
After enabling this function, the customer will receive a reminder when the parcel enters the warehouse, or else, the customer will need to add the parcel manually.
MyPoz will activate this service for all the users by default, and you will get the notification once the parcel has arrived. If you would like to turn it off, kindly follow the following steps: https://bit.ly/auto-claiming-parcel-function-guide
Steps: Log in to MP account > My Account > Personal Information> Auto Parcel Claiming Service- Select “No”
After enabling this service, customers will receive reminders of parcel arrival for free. MyPoz also urges all customers to fill in the MP code in the recipient’s address to increase the efficiency of the warehouse staff.
