UPDATE: 1/9/2023 3:00 PM
Dear Valued Customers:
Typhoon “Saola” is expected to hit the coastal areas from Guangzhou to Hong Kong on September 1 (Fri). To prevent typhoons, Mypoz has been notifying that some ports have stopped operating, and ships are temporarily unable to leave the port. As for now, sea freight orders paid between August 22 (Tuesday) and August 30 (Wednesday) will be delayed by at least 2 days.
Due to the bad weather caused by the typhoon, airlines will also require aircraft to be grounded for safety reasons, which is expected to affect flights starting today.
It will take one week for all air and sea operations to return to normal. If you have shipments despatched in the past few days, please note that our customer service will update the logistics information if there are any changes to the air and sea flights.
At the same time, if you need to arrange shipments within these few days, please choose the waterproof packaging, and purchase the insurance to avoid possible damage caused by typhoons.
Natural disaster is an uncontrollable factor. We appreciate your understanding. Thank you!
Sincerely,
MYPOZ CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT
