The Guangzhou warehouse management just received a temporary notification from the relevant authorities that the Guangzhou warehouse area will have electrical maintenance today from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

 

The warehouse staff will continue to receive parcels as usual, but the entire park will experience a temporary power outage, so they cannot update inbound shipments, process orders, and despatch without the electrical supply.

 

Once the maintenance is done, the warehouse operation will promptly resume normal operations. If you need to inquire about the status of parcels or orders, kindly contact our customer service on Wednesday for further details to allow our warehouse staff ample time to process and update the information.
