Due to changes in the shipping procedure, from now on, all users must contact MyPoz customer service in advance to obtain the warehouse addresses before using Australia, United States and Korea shipping services.
MyPoz is not responsible for any goods sent to the original warehouses’ addresses in Australia, the USA and Korea without consulting customer service after November 17th. As for the goods that have been delivered to the original address, MyPoz will handle them according to normal procedures.
