Because China’s online shopping platform has activated the recipient’s information protection function, worrying that customers will turn on it automatically, and the MP number will be hidden, resulting in the warehouse being unable to assist the customers in claiming the parcel.
- What if I refused to amend the warehouse address format?
Yes, but you must not turn on the protection function when placing an order. (Refer to the picture) Or, add the parcel once the seller ships it.
- If I place an order for a parcel without modifying the format of the warehouse address, will there be any consequences if I accidentally turn on the function?
The warehouse cannot claim the parcel for you, so you will not be notified if the parcel arrives at the warehouse.
