June 5th (Mon) is Agong’s birthday and a public holiday. On that day, the China warehouse will operate as usual, receive parcels, process orders and arrange for despatching normally.
Malaysia Alipay reloads department will operate as usual, whereas the customer service team will be off for one day and will operate as usual on June 6th (Tues).
At the same time, the sea freight unloading, air and sea freight customs clearances, and courier/ logistics delivery will also be affected to varying degrees from June 5th (Sat) and are expected to return to normal gradually on June 6th (Tues).
