The coming July 19 (Wed) is Awal Muharram. MyPoz customer service team and Alipay reload department will operate as usual. At the same time, the China warehouse will receive parcels, process orders, and arrange for delivery as usual.

 

Due to the holiday, the sea freight unloading, air, and sea freight customs clearances, and courier/logistics delivery will be slower than usual and expected to return to normal gradually on July 20.
