Dear Valued Customers:
The coming Dec 25th (Wed) is Christmas. Malaysia customer service team and Alipay reload department will take one day off, and all the inquiries and reload orders will be processed gradually on the next working day.
(Gentle reminder: If the customers need to ship on Christmas, please choose online transfer to top-up and make payments.)
The Guangzhou warehouse will receive parcels, process orders, and arrange for delivery as usual. Due to the long weekend, the sea freight unloading, air and sea freight customs clearances, and courier/ logistics delivery will be slower than usual and are expected to return to normal gradually on Tuesday.
In addition, the coming Jan 1st (Wed) is New Year, the customer service team and Alipay department will operate as usual; the Guangzhou warehouse will receive the parcels and process the orders as usual, whereas the despatching of shipments will be affected as the table below:

If you have urgent item to despatch on New Year, kindly make payment before Dec 29th. For any urgent items or items to receive before Chinese New Year, kindly arrange payment and despatch before Dec 24th for air shipments; for sea shipments, kindly arrange payment and despatch before Jan 16th.
