1. Any conditions are required to enjoy the July new member offer price?

Only MyPoz new registered and certified members who make payments during the promotion period can get the new member offer price.

 

2. When is the order eligible for a discount?

The private sea freight orders paid from now on until August 15 are eligible for the discount, subject to payment orders.

 

3. Will I get the discounted price if I choose any sea freight channels?

No, only West Malaysia private sea freight general and sensitive cargo channels can get the discounted price, excluding sea freight self-pickup and special sensitive sea freight channels.

 

4. How to calculate the shipping price after the discount?

5. Will the discounted price be displayed when making payment?

Yes, the final shipping fee displayed is the discounted price if you make the payment with promo code during the promotion period.

 

6. What should I do if there is still no discount on shipping fee after using the promo code within the promotion period?

Please provide your MP no. and order no. to our customer service for assistance.
