We have received an urgent notice from the airline regarding a sudden mechanical failure affecting one of their cargo aircrafts. As a result, related flights scheduled for this week are expected to experience delays of approximately 2 days.
We have taken immediate action to reroute shipments dispatched last night via alternative airlines. However, since the affected aircraft was a dedicated freighter, the sudden shift in cargo volume has overwhelmed available capacity across other carriers. Transportation resources are currently very tight.
We are actively coordinating with all parties to minimize the impact of this delay. Please rest assured that your shipments will be given priority whenever space becomes available, and we are doing our utmost to manage the time sensitivity.
