Starting from 1st May 2021, MYPOZ is going to launch automatic clearing of the past accumulated points mechanism. MYPOZ system will automatically clear the accumulated points of customer accounts in the previous year on the 1st of May every year.
All the points that are accumulated in the MYPOZ system before 1st May 2020 00:00 will be cleared automatically. All the customers are urged to use the accumulated points in the accounts before 30th April 2021 to avoid the past accumulated being cleared to zero.
