MyPoz received the notice from the Guangzhou Center for Disease Control and Prevention this morning that the Guangzhou warehouse has been lifted from the lockdown and approved to resume normal operation today.
From Mar 11 (Friday) to Mar 14 (Monday), all the parcels temporarily kept by the courier companies will be arranged to ship to our warehouse. At the same time, all the parcels’ status will be updated and the orders will be processed as well, expected to complete all these updates on Mar 17 (Thursday).
As our warehouse staff would need some time to process all the accumulated goods and orders, for any inquiries about the parcels and orders, please consult our customer service after Mar 17 to get the accurate answer.
Additionally, due to the lockdown in Shenzhen, the airline company is temporarily unable to arrange for flights to Malaysia for at least 1 week. It is expected that the normal flight will resume as soon as next Monday (Mar 21), subject to the instructions of the relevant authorities. The customers are urged to choose the sea shipping channel at this moment.
The epidemic is uncontrollable, and we are sorry to cause the delay in the timeliness. We hope to gain your patience, understanding, and support. Thank you for your cooperation!
