Dear Valued Customers:

Chinese New Year is approaching, and Malaysia is entering the final few days of delivery before CNY. The last delivery date for private sea freight is February 6 (Tues).

 

To avoid delays in delivery efficiency, the driver will call the customers in advance to inform the upcoming delivery date and time.

 

MyPoz has no right to disclose the driver’s phone number to avoid delays and unnecessary arguments. Hence, MyPoz would like to remind all private sea freight customers to take note of the unknown calls to receive goods before CNY.

 

Once the delivery fails, the goods will be placed in the warehouse during the New Year, and the storage fees incurred will be reimbursed or charged to the customer according to MyPoz storage fees. Check this out for more details: Parcel Storage Fees
