Labor Day is coming soon. Our customer service and Alipay recharge departments will operate as usual on that day, and our warehouse operations in China will not be affected. The overall arrangement is as follows:

Customer service & payment recharge: Our customer service and Alipay recharge departments will operate as usual on May 1 (Wednesday).
Guangzhou warehouse: No holidays for normal processing of orders. No shipments will be made on April 30 (Tuesday). Normal operations will resume on May 1 (Wednesday).

In addition, shipping container unpacking, air and sea customs clearance, and express/logistics delivery will also be affected to varying degrees starting from April 30(Tuesday), and are expected to gradually return to normal on May 3 (Friday).
