While we encourage this every year, we understand that many of you might not be fully aware of the reasons behind this. Storing goods through the year-end can lead to additional storage fees and even pose some unexpected risks. To help you avoid any unnecessary issues, we’ve outlined a few key points, with your safety and peace of mind in mind.
1. Avoid Unnecessary Storage Fees
We know how important it is to keep costs under control. If goods remain in storage for more than 30 days, additional storage fees will apply. With China’s New Year holiday lasting up to a week, your storage days continue to accumulate during this time. To help you save on these extra costs, we recommend clearing out your inventory before the year-end. We’re here to help you make smart decisions that save both time and money!
2. Minimize Risks During the Holiday Season
Chinese New Year is a time of celebration, but with fireworks and firecrackers lighting up the sky, there are also potential risks such as air pollution and fire hazards. We want to make sure your goods stay safe during this festive time, which is why we suggest clearing out your inventory before the holiday. This simple step will help you avoid potential safety concerns and let you enjoy the holiday worry-free. Your goods are important to us, and we want to ensure they’re safe for the New Year.
3. Protect Against Uncontrollable Risks
While MyPoz warehouses are equipped with 24-hour security and CCTV, and we maintain strict hygiene protocols to keep things clean and safe, we do understand that during the New Year period, warehouse staff will be on holiday. This creates a higher possibility for uncontrollable risks, such as rodent problems or theft. While we do everything we can to safeguard your goods, please understand that MyPoz is not responsible for damages or losses caused by external factors like fire or theft during the holiday period. For your peace of mind, we strongly recommend clearing your inventory before the holiday.
4. Compensation Policy for Your Peace of Mind
We understand the importance of every shipment to you, and we always prioritize the safety of your goods. If any damage or loss occurs due to our negligence or error, MyPoz will provide appropriate compensation. If we are unable to locate your goods in our warehouse, we will offer compensation of up to 100 RMB per package. We acknowledge that this compensation may not fully meet the expectations of all our customers, and therefore, we sincerely recommend that you clear your inventory and ship your goods as early as possible before the end of the year, to minimize the risks associated with prolonged storage.
