We would like to sincerely thank you for your continuous support and cooperation. Due to recent increases in clearance fees, after thorough discussion and evaluation, we have decided to adjust the fuel surcharge for direct shipments from Thailand to Malaysia to 5%.
This adjustment will take effect from 10th February 2025. We understand that this change may cause some inconvenience, and we appreciate your understanding. We remain committed to continuously optimizing our services to provide you with more efficient and high-quality logistics solutions.
Gentle reminder:
- Before despatching to the Thailand warehouse, please consult our customer service to register for a new MP code, shipment without a new MP code, the warehouse has the right to reject it.
- Due to the strict customs clearancein Thailand, other than the not branded general cargo such as clothes, shoes, bags, and so on can be shipped, for other items, please consult our customer service in advance, to avoid being fined.
- Prohibited itemssuch as breast enhancement medicine, weight loss medicine, alcoholic products, living things, inflammable and explosive items, Buddha statue, and so on cannot be shipped from Thailand to Malaysia.
