The goods will be cleared by the Malaysian customs clearance department to a certain extent. Regarding this, Mypoz cannot know the estimated timeliness. At the same time, customers must honestly declare the name and value of the goods.
For customers who use air freight, based on previous years’ experience, during the holiday season, the working hours of the customs department will be more limited than in other months. Customers are asked to be mentally prepared and allow an extra 2-3 days to allow the airport customs department time to clear customs. If there are any changes to the customs clearance time limit, Mypoz Air Freight will notify customers as soon as possible.
