In order to comply with national export control regulations and avoid violating relevant policies and laws, we hereby remind all customers to pay attention to the following list of prohibited items for export. Please ensure that the category and information of the goods are verified to avoid any unnecessary legal risks caused by mishandling. All consequences will be borne by the sender.

1. List of Prohibited Export Goods:
   1. Mineral Products

• Including metallic minerals, energy minerals, non-ferrous metal industrial raw materials, power industrial raw materials, chemical industrial raw materials, non-metallic minerals, water and gas minerals, graphene, graphite, and products containing graphite.
  2. Products Containing Explosive Substances
• Such as one-piece nails (explosive screws), fireworks, firecrackers, etc.
  3. Timber and Raw Materials
• Including wooden planks, wooden strips, stainless steel pipes, plates, aluminum materials, steel, steel coils, etc.
  4. Special Products such as Tobacco and Alcohol
• Including various tobacco, alcohol, and other regulated products.
  5. Refrigerants / Coolants
• Such as R22, R134A, etc.
  6. Drones and Camouflage Military Items
• Including drones, camouflage clothing, and other military equipment.
  7. Trees and Natural Resources
• Including species such as podocarpus plant, trees, and natural sand, etc.
  8. Mining Machinery
• Whether new or used, all mining machinery is a prohibited export item.

1. Important Reminder:

According to the announcement jointly issued on the evening of March 28, 2025, by the State Administration of Taxation, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Commerce, the General Administration of Customs, and the State Administration for Market Regulation, regarding the “Announcement on Optimizing the Export Services for Taxable Goods in Domestic Links and Regulating Management Matters,” the country has escalated its efforts to combat tax evasion in export transactions from previous scattered actions to a legal and regulatory level. Any attempt to bypass regulations will face severe consequences. Please ensure that none of the above prohibited goods are involved in your shipments to avoid illegal export.

III. Important Notes:

• Please ensure that the export compliance of goods is confirmed with our customer service department in a timely manner.
• The sender is responsible for the compliance of the goods being shipped, ensuring that all goods meet the laws and regulations of both the exporting and importing countries.
• Any costs, penalties, or legal responsibilities resulting from mishandling will be borne by the sender.
