*Starting 1/6/2022, Thursday 12:00 pm onwards, all the orders of Korea to Malaysia will be calculated according to the latest price list.
*Min. shipment of general & sensitive cargo: 1kg; next kg will be calculated based on 0.5kg, expected to receive within 10-15 working days
*Two flights per week (Tuesday & Friday)
*After the goods are received by the Malaysia warehouse, the parcel will be updated inbound within 3 working days, and the shipping fee will be provided within 24 working hours after the order is placed. (Excluded any uncontrollable factors)
*According to the standard “air freight” algorithm, the actual weight collected is based on the “actual weight” or “volume weight”, depending on which weight is higher.
*The volume weight algorithm is (length X width X height) cm/6000= Volume

After the goods are received by the Malaysia warehouse, the parcel will be updated inbound within 5 working days.

The shipping fee will be provided within 24 working hours after the order is placed. (Does not include any uncontrollable factors)

The minimum shipment for Korea general and sensitive cargo is 1kg.

Large quantities of sensitive goods need to ship with Special Sensitive Channel.

For verification of the correct shipping channel, please provide the amount of shipments and products' photo.

If the parcel does not indicate the MP number, USD 5 will be charged as the fee for finding the parcel.

If cannot provide us any effective message, parcel might not be verified. Investigation period is only 15 days only.

Overdue will be considered as not received by local warehouse and we will not bear for any compensation.

Customers are advised to purchase insurance for the parcel,if any accident happened, it can been fully compensated.

The maximum compensation for individual order is RM50,000.

If no insurance is purchased, the maximum compensation under the regulations is RM100.

If the item has been insured, the scope of compensation is for the goods/parcels loss only, not included parcels/items damage.

For cargo insurance, please provide the complete information, such as: outer packaging photo, product photo, proof of purchase

For the customers who have not purchased the cargo insurance, the compensation is followed the freight regulations.

How long will it take to receive the goods？
Delivery will be arranged 10 days after the customers make payment.

Does Korea has sensitive channel?
Korea has sensitive channel, the minimum shipment is 1kg. If you are uncertain of the classification of goods, please consult our overseas customer service to verify the correct shipping channel. The responsibility is borne to the customers if they intend to ship prohibited items and caused them to be detained or lost during customs clearance.

*Pick-up service charge: RM35/ box
*Pick-up service is limited to Seoul Area, and is limited to 25kg and the parcel size is 30*40*50.
*This pick-up service requires a minimum of 5 boxes. If the quantity is less than 5 boxes, the customer is advised to send the goods to the warehouse.
