2. Available for air freight channel from China to West Malaysia

4. For customers who want to use this channel, please inform our customer service in advance to activate the special channel.
5. To ship medical supplies such as Covid-19 self-test kit and mask, you have to provide our customer service with the information required: https://bit.ly/info-provided-to-ship-medical-supplies
6. After the information is reviewed by the relevant department, the customer service will provide a customs declaration form to fill in.
7. Only the order that has exceeded 100kg is allowed to ship with this special channel.
8. If the recipient’s address is in the Klang Valley, no additional delivery fee will be charged.
9. For recipient’s address outside the Klang Valley, a delivery fee of RM1.50/kg will be charged, expected to receive within 3-5 days, whereas if you want to receive in advance can request for courier service with an extra charge of RM2/kg.
10. Freight calculation method: Compare actual and volumetric weight- if the actual weight is larger, the actual weight will be taken, or else volumetric weight ([length*width*height]/ 6,000) will be taken and calculated based on the half-volumetric
