Dear Valued Customers:

As Chinese New Year is approaching, the following are MyPoz’s holiday arrangements:

• Customer service & Alipay departments: Off from Jan25^th (Sat) to Feb 5^th (Wed), back to work on Feb 6^th (Thru)
• Guangzhou warehouse: Off from Jan 26^th(Sun) to Feb 5^th (Wed), last receiving parcels and processing orders on Jan 25^th (Sat) but no despatching, operating as usual on Feb 7^th (Fri)

 

Gentle Reminder:

1. As the Chinese New Year is approaching, the general cargo flights from China to Malaysia may be out of shipping space, resulting in flight delays. The customers were encouraged to choose sensitive cargo air freight channels for urgent shipments.
2. MyPoz encourages customers to place orders in time after the parcels arrive at the warehouse to avoid flight or delivery delays around the New Year.
3. At present, air cargo from China to Malaysia and Singapore is still available to be received before CNY, while other shipments will be received during or after the New Year.
4. The delivery dates above do not include third-party factors, such as customs clearance, weather, epidemics, etc.
