Dear Valued Customers:

The coming Dec 25 (Saturday) is Christmas, Malaysia customer service team and reload department will take one day off, all the inquiries and reload order will be processed gradually on the next working day.

 

The Guangzhou warehouse will receive parcels, process orders, and arrange for delivery as usual. As for air and sea freight deliveries are expected to be delayed as all the delivery and courier companies are off.

 

In addition, the coming Jan 1 (Saturday) is New Year, Malaysia customer service team and reload department will operate as usual; Guangzhou warehouse will also receive the parcels and process the order as usual, but the arrangement for delivery will be affected, expected to back to normal on Jan 3 (Monday):

Gentle reminder: If the customers need to ship on holiday, please use online top-up and payment service. The Chinese New Year is near, for urgent items or items received before CNY, please arrange for delivery in advance.
