The coming Oct 31st (Thus.) is Deepavali. MyPoz customer service and After-sales/Overseas Department department will take one day off, and back to normal on Nov 01st (Fri.). Alipay reload departments and Guangzhou warehouse as usual continue receiving parcels, processing orders, and despatching as usual.
Because Deepavali, the sea freight unloading, customs clearances for air and sea freight, and courier/logistics deliveries might be a bit slower. Everything should be back to normal by Monday.
