1. East Malaysia Air Freight – BKI/KCH Airports: Customs inspections have been strengthened, and the transport of sensitive or prohibited items is now restricted. Please ensure all declarations are accurate to avoid unnecessary complications and ensure smooth clearance.
2. Singapore Delivery Warehouse: Due to a high volume of shipments, delivery times may be delayed by 1-2 days. We recommend planning your shipments in advance to avoid any impact on delivery times.
