Dear Valued Customers,

Due to the recent increase in Malaysia Customs’ inspection efforts, we would like to remind all customers to ensure 100% accuracy in their cargo declarations, especially for product names. Each product name must be declared individually, and generalized descriptions should be avoided. Failure to comply may result in cargo confiscation, fines, and additional charges.

Additionally, some products (e.g., electronics) require the submission of relevant permit documents for customs clearance. If the required documents are missing, the goods may be detained, and fines may apply. To avoid unnecessary complications, we recommend using sea freight for transportation.

Effective immediately, the tax-included shipping channel is suspended until further notice. Air freight services may experience delays, so we suggest opting for sea freight for goods with less stringent time requirements.

Please note that any fines or penalties resulting from misreporting will be the responsibility of the customer. Kindly take extra care to ensure proper declarations.
