Dear Valued Customers:
In order to ensure smooth customs clearance for orders from overseas warehouses (South Korea, Thailand, Japan, and Taiwan), please accurately declare the local currency value of the goods when placing an order and upload the correct purchase receipts or invoices. Please ensure that the uploaded receipts or invoices include the following key information:
- Product name and quantity
• Purchase amount (including taxes and fees)
• Transaction date
Receipts or invoices can be uploaded via the designated shipment submission page on the website, as shown in the attached example. Please ensure that the uploaded receipts or invoices are clear and legible, with all required information. Any unclear or incomplete documentation may result in processing delays or customs detention.
Important Reminder:
Please note that any customs fines or related costs resulting from underreporting or misreporting information will be borne by the customer. To avoid unnecessary delays or penalties, please ensure that all submitted information is accurate to ensure timely shipment of goods.
