Due to recent strict customs inspections on import goods in Malaysia, there has been a significant increase in costs during the clearance process. To ensure smooth customs clearance and avoid unnecessary delays or additional fees, we would like to remind you to ensure that the product names for air shipments to West Malaysia are 100% accurate during declaration.

 

We understand that this change may bring some adjustments, and we will continue to closely monitor the relevant policy updates, offering our full support to ensure the smooth completion of the clearance process. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

 

 

General cargo air freight surcharge: Adjust from 8% to 21%, the increase is between RM 1.82 – RM2.60, the retail price of subsequent weight for West Malaysia lowest is RM 8.47/0.5kg; for East Malaysia lowest is RM18.15/0.5kg

 

Sensitive cargo air freight surcharge: Adjust from 10% to 23%, the increase is between RM 1.14 – RM 1.56, the retail price of subsequent weight for West Malaysia lowest is RM10.65 /0.5kg; for East Malaysia lowest is RM19.68/0.5kg

 

 

Effective from: 12/02/2025, Tuesday, 7:00 pm onwards for all collected air freight orders from the Guangzhou warehouse
