  1. What is auto parcel claiming service?

Once the parcel is inbound, the warehouse staff will add the parcel to the respective MP account, the customer will receive the inbound notification via WeChat, email, APP,etc.

 

  1. Who can enjoy this service?

All MYPOZ users can enjoy this service.

 

  1. When is this service going to start? Any charge?

This service has been launched on Oct 1 and it is free of charge during the trial period. In November, it will be converted to charged service, the customer will not be charged for any fees if it is inbound within 5 days, and the parcel will be charged if it is added 5 days later, so as to remind customers of missing parcel.

 

  1. How to know if my parcel has already been claimed by the warehouse?

Other than receiving the inbound notification, the customer can check the claiming status in the MP account, only need to click International>>> Shipping submission>>> Package list

 

  1. Why am I unable to submit the order of the parcel that has been claimed by the warehouse?

Unable to submit the order is because of the incomplete parcel info, you may click the comment button under Operation to fill up and submit.

Way to operate: International>>> Shipping submission>>> click the comment button under Operation>>> Submit
