Why is a parcel returned?
If a wrong channel is selected, a sensitive parcel sent through regular channel, local customs will return your goods to our warehouse. Information of return will be notified through, SMS/Email/Phone.
You are required to create a new delivery order selecting the channel respective to your goods. Any shipping fees are not refundable, as logistic process has occurred.
Please check with our customer service before sending your parcel if you are not sure which channel to use.
