|How do we determine air shipping fee?|
We use actual weight and volumetric weight to determine your shipping fees, depending on which is higher.
Volumetric weight = (Length * Width * Height cm) / 6000
Minimum of 1kg is required for delivery, added weight is calculate every 500g as a unit.
|When will my order be processed?|
We are constantly monitoring your parcel, once your parcel has completely arrived in our warehouse, we will notify you through email.
Orders received before 9pm will be processed on the same day, for orders received in the after 9pm, it will be processed the next day. Our warehouse operating hours is between 10am and 10pm.
|How do I track my parcel status?|
You can track your parcel at our website, use your tracking number to check the status of your delivery.
Status updates every day at 12pm and 3pm, including weekends.
|How do I change my delivery details?|
Please log into your account and click International>order status>clicking Edit> edit shipping information, then click to save.
|What is restricted for importing/exporting?|
Dangerous goods, Weapons / Plants / Pets / Currency / Tobacco
Alcohol, cigarettes, liquids (explosive flammable), pharmaceuticals and flammables, chemical goods, spray
|How long before my parcel arrives in Malaysia?|
Regular Goods (Air) : 3-5 working days
Sensitive Goods (Air) : 5-7 working days
Private Sea Freight : 12-18 working days
Cobined Sea Freight : 18-24 working days
|Will I get taxed?|
There is always a risk in getting taxed for importing goods to Malaysia, however the risk for items valued under USD100 is much lower compared to items that are valued higher.
|How do I track my parcel after exporting?|
You can track your parcel in the respective delivery partner’s website, it will be provided to you with our delivery order.

|My parcel is damaged!|
Please check the packaging of your parcel thoroughly, if any damage is found, you have the right to reject the parcel and return it for further investigation.
However If you have accepted the parcel, please take a picture of the damage and report to us immediately, any reports made after 48 hours of acceptance shall be rejected.
|Do you provide combine shipping services?|
Yes. We can assist you to combine all your goods from different suppliers and combine it into one shipment.
|Do you provide repackaging services?|
Yes. Please take note of the risks involved in repackaging, we will open your parcel and package the items for sending to your destination, and we do not know if the contents are completely delivered by your supplier.
